The Cedar Rose at Christmas is truly a magical place. The unparalleled rural setting alone make it special. The archways, and fences sparkle with mini lights welcoming you to a peaceful and fragrant shopping experience. Premium fresh Christmas wreaths, kissing balls, swags and garlands  unique to the Cedar Rose adorn the doors and gates. Hanging baskets, pots and urns filled with beautiful arrangements of mixed greens and other design accents give the place a festive touch. These creations are available to purchase or customers can bring in their own containers for owner/designer Annette Tenbergen and her talented staff to artfully arrange. Cedar Rose can also decorate your home or business with festive christmas decorations. Why not have us decorate for you this year? We take great pride in having been  one of the local florists chosen to decorate a feature home in  the Grey and Bruce Big Sisters Annual Christmas Tour of Homes for several years! We also decorate Hair Body & Soul located at the corner of 10th  St. West and 4th Avenue West in Owen Sound. New this year we are thrilled to be decorating a spectacular B&B in Port Elgin for The Christmas Tour of Homes held on Nov.18th and 19th. Christmas store hours; Monday to Sat. 10 AM to 4 PM until Dec. 17/11. We are open by appointment only from Dec. 19-23/11. 

                         Annual Christmas Open House  Friday Nov. 4th 7pm - 10 PM and Sat. Nov. 5th from 10 - 6 PM.

FRESH DECORATED CHRISTMAS WREATHS - Click here to order your Christmas Wreath


These are available in your choice of two basic styles - the original  cedar christmas wreath made of long lasting Ontario cedar and a  mixed christmas wreath made from a fragrant combination of cedar, fir and pine. The decorations consist of a top quality gold-backed red or burgundy ribbon as well as pine cones with matching ribbon tails. The basic size is 22" outer diameter. Many other styles and sizes are also available.Please note we are sold out of fresh wreaths for 2011.

Our beautiful wreaths are also available to non profit groups for fundraising.

CHRISTMAS DESIGN WORKSHOPS

The Cedar Rose carries the area's largest selection of cut greenery and other natural design accents imported from all across North America . We sell everything from seeded eucalyptus and  magnolia leaves to BC fir and Boxwood along with expert advice for the do it yourselfer. We also offer hands-on workshops. Why not get together with friends and  make your own table top Christmas tree, wreath, centerpiece or kissing ball right here in our workshop.
